The Beach = Free

Parking at the beach = $60!!!!!!!!

So I received a $50 parking ticket, on top of the $10 pier parking fee I paid because some parking attendant said I can park in any of the city lots. He forgot to mention this city beach parking lot. Santa Monica, your payment is on it's way. Could you please do a better job with the parking situations.
