Who knew softball could be so dangerous. Our first game was today and
a teammate was sent to the ER!!! He was kneed in the head and blacked
out with a concussion. The symptoms were scary: rapid/heavy breathing,
flickering eyes, and crazy zombie like-rise from the dead reflexes.
Then 10mins later, he said "where the @&$" am I." I wonder how much
the ambulance ride is? Good thing he has insurance, and who knew...

Running is all about checks and balances. Since I burned about 500 calories, I can indulge

in 5000. This is one of those dishes that taste better than it looks.

You are indescribable...

 Went for a 3.1 mile jog at the beach after work with my buddy.
He's trying to get back into shape and said he'll run with me anytime.
I should take advantage of running at the beach because I work nearby. It's mentally and physically refreshing.

-I need to find a better photo app for my phone. Once the iPhone 5 comes out, I can upgrade my 3G.

I've been a little behind in posting photos each day due to the fact
that I'm in serious planning mode. What am I planning for? I'll let
you know when I'm done.
In the meantime, here's a photo from Zion National Park. There's so
much more to see, and so I will be back.
