Vitamin C

I've been loading up on all sorts of vitamins in hopes that I'll be back to 100% for this Sunday's half marathon. I'm projecting a finishing time of 2hrs 15min +/- 15mins for the 13.1 mile race.

I've only ran close to 15 miles so far this year and hardly any the few months before that. Lets see what happens.
